hello and welcome to tartan, hosted by the wonderful elf at shetonka!
if you're interested in who we are and what we do, allow me to explain! my name is cabaret and i have been in and out of petz for a long, long time. i remember getting petz 3 for my birthday when i was very young (3rd or 4th grade?) and getting petz 4 a couple of years later for christmas. i am a high school grad, to put things in perspective. ;)
i actively play petz and am not just in it for showing. i am a member of pkc, and i also enter the good old-fashioned petz shows on people's websites and forums. after finishing my first supreme grand champion, i decided to start holding shows here, too. i love 'petzy' files and 'realistic' files alike, although i'm not a fan of files that aren't 'playable'. i collect toy files, too.
what can you find here at tartan? this site mostly acts as my crew page that i update with show wins and point totals as a way for me to keep organized as well as a way for you to see how a pet is doing if you were kind enough to adopt one out to me. i used to have a brags page, but now i don't bother. i also have a clique for those of us who looove plaid! so check it all out, and enjoy your stay at tartan.

10/16/08: i'm back! i lost power for a week and then internet connection for two weeks after that, so i have been totally deprived. i am in the process of catching up with show entries, adoptions, etc., so if you needed something from me and didn't hear back, by all means contact me again!

9/02/08: added "request a litter" page since people have commented that they would like to see more petz up for adoption. tell me whatcha want! i tried adding automated forms for adoptions but i cannot get them to work properly. :(
